Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get 14 days of Growth with no card. When the trial ends you drop to Starter limits unless you subscribe. Nothing is charged automatically.
What counts as an active product?
Each distinct catalog product counts once. Barcodes, aliases and purchase packs for the same product do not add to the count. Archived products keep their history and don't count.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you are over a limit, new records are blocked until you archive, remove or upgrade, and the app shows what to resolve.
Which currencies can I pay in?
USD, PLN or EUR, chosen at signup. Your billing currency is separate from the currency you use for stock values.
Which payment methods are available?
Cards through Stripe. Przelewy24 prepaid access (30 days, manual renewal) is being verified. PayPal is not available yet. Payments are currently in test mode.
Do I need to install anything?
No. InventProfit runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. You can optionally install it as a web app.
Is there a mobile app?
Android is the next milestone and iOS comes later. Both are marked Coming soon until a tested release exists.
Does it work offline?
Not yet. Counting and saving need an internet connection.
Is AI included?
No plan includes AI. Optional prepaid add-ons may be offered later with clear pricing. Every workflow works without them.
Who can see prices and margins?
Only roles you allow. A plan upgrade never gives staff access to prices or financial reports automatically.
