Delete your InventProfit account

You can ask us to delete your personal InventProfit account at any time, free of charge. You do not need to reinstall the mobile app.

• In the mobile app: More → Settings & privacy → Request account deletion
• In the web app: Settings → My data & privacy → Deletion
• Or send the form on this page from the email address you sign in with

What is deleted: your name, email, password and sign-in security settings, and your personal links to organizations.

What may be kept: business records you created for an organization (counts, deliveries, waste, audit entries) belong to that business and are handled with its owner. Records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept only for the legally required period.

If you are the only owner of an organization, we first agree with you whether its data is exported, transferred or closed, and whether its subscription is cancelled. We confirm by email when deletion is complete.
