Cancellation & refund policy (DRAFT — needs legal review)

• Cancel any time from Plan & billing. The subscription ends at the end of the current paid month and you won't be charged again.
• Already-paid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it or we agree otherwise in writing. [Counsel: check the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers and sole traders under Polish law.]
• Przelewy24 prepaid access is a one-off payment for 30 days and simply expires.
• After cancellation the organization drops to Starter limits; no data is deleted. Owners keep export access for the retention period.
• Enterprise contracts follow their own agreed terms.
